Throughout the project, we maintain organized job sites, consistent communication, and daily cleanup.  At Walker Roofers, we believe your property should be treated with the same level of care and respect as the roof itself and we aim to leave  a job site should be left as clean as — or cleaner than — we found it.

Before we consider any project complete, our team performs a comprehensive final walkthrough to verify that every detail of your roofing system has been installed to the highest standard. Our team coordinated the process of final inspections from your your local city or municipality, as well as manufacturer inspections needed to guarantee your warranty when applicable. 

We’ll then review the completed work with you, ensure the property has been fully cleaned, and provide any final documentation so you can move forward with complete peace of mind.

Once your project is complete and final inspections have been preformed, our team is available to provide guidance and documentation regarding your workmanship and manufacturer warranties, ensuring you fully understand your coverage and long-term protection. We can also assist with insurance-related documentation and support when needed.
